As you know, I’m very special. My Terry material is so absorbent and soft thanks to the thousands of tiny GOTS certified organic cotton loops. I'm a high pile terry so when you’re washing me, I have some specific needs.

How to wash me

Gentle or Hand wash cycle on cold machine wash. Avoid spin dry.

(Using an everyday cycle will put me through the wringer (literally) adding wear and tear and it will age me unnecessary)

Squeeze off excess water and hang me out to dry.

Wash me with like colours. And don't load up the machine.

Wash me inside out.

Do not iron me. 

Do not dry clean.

Do not use bleach, fabric softener or use harsh detergents (totally screws with me babe)

The detergents I like best are:

• Baby laundry detergent
• Delicate wash detergents
• Free and clear detergents
• Eco-friendly detergents

And only use ½ recommended amount of liquid.

Remember we can both be a little bit fragile at times.  

Jewellery, sharp or rough objects, hooks and zippers and doggy claws can catch my threads.

If one of my threads come loose do not stress, you can just trim it off with sharp scissors and robe on.
